Dr Bodo Lang from the University of Auckland is encouraging the NZ Government to rethink messages as Lockdowns extend. Dr Lang draws focus on the fact that nobody likes being told what to do and believes showing the benefits of Lockdown rather than simply telling people what to do may help decrease the number of people breaking the rules at Alert Level 4.
This comes after 10 new cases were identified as Māori and surpassing Pākeha and Asian communities
