Update on the Delta variant and Covid-19 cases in Aotearoa
Latest update shows a rise in vaccination and fall in case numbers, however our Māori and Pacific people remain at the top end of the Delta tail. The Māori vaccination rate has just reached around 50% with strong efforts from Māori health providers and Dr Taonui still believes that kaupapa like whānau rather than individual vaccinations provide a safe and trusting environment, which will help increase vaccinations rates all together.
