Government to Transform Oranga Tamariki

Minister for Children Hon Kelvin Davis has been happy to accept all the recommendations of the Ministerial Advisory Board set up to advise on how to fix the child care and protection system. A major focus of this transformation has been more of a community lead approach to provide support and protection systems and better training for social workers.
