Three Water Reforms Programme

The Government is currently looking to improve water supply and water discharge across the country with The Three Waters Reform Programme. Mayor John Carter expresses his concern that the Government has not provided sufficient consultation and that the water assets in Te Tai Tokerau will be taken off us and put in to a body based in Tāmaki Makaurau, where we will no longer have any say over our water assets.
