Kaua e Whakarongo ki a Rātou - Get Vaccinated

Oct. 12, 2021, 1:39 p.m.

Following the most recent update from the Government, Makere Mutu reaffirms that the message remains the same which is to get vaccinated. Makere also mentions a firm stance that the kaumātua of Ngāti Whātua have committed to which is shutting down anyone sharing anti-vaccine kōrero to our whānau.

The positive case that traveled north and remains uncooperative with the police is a prime example of why we need to get vaccinated.

If you tell our whānau not to get vaccinated, it is going to hurt our people.Delta goes after those who are not vaccinated.
