The recent Government announcement for mandatory vaccinations has been described by some as a minefield. When asked what their thoughts were on this matter, we have seen a number of different responses from members of both the education and healthcare communities.

Boyd Broughton (General Manager for Te Hā Oranga o Ngāti Whātua) shares his whakaaro on the issue of mandatory vaccinations, encouraging discussions to continue on this matter. He feels it is especially important for those directly impacted by this mandate and how the health and safety of our people should be at the forefront of all kōrero.
