Teaching Iwi History - Aotearoa History Curriculum

Teaching iwi history as part of the Aotearoa history mainstream curriculum in schools has long been a matter of discussion. Dr Liana MacDonald a lecturer in the School of Education at the Victoria University of Wellington hopes that her research into teaching iwi histories in the Marlborough region will contribute to reshaping Aotearoa history curriculum in schools.
