Rangatahi Say No to Seabed Mining

James Hita from Ahipara is a seabed mining campaigner talks to us about the launch of Oceanic Voices with Greenpeace and the strong stance that young Māori, Pasifika and other indigenous groups around the world are taking to make seabed mining illegal. Recently hitting just over 30k signatures for the petition James has put a call out to whānau in Te Tai Tokerau to support the kaupapa and get Jacinda Ardern to put an immediate stop to seabed mining permanently.
