95% of Covid cases across Aotearoa are unvaccinated, 98% of Covid cases in hospital are unvaccinated which is why Dr Mataroria Lyndon encourages all whānau to take up the opportunity to get vaccinated. Supporting the vaccination not only for our hauora, but also the hauora of our loved ones, Mataroria also acknowledges the Māori health providers and health workers doing the mahi in helping to increase the vaccination rate.
