He Korowai Trust CEO Ricky Houghton talks to us about a new housing project that is scheduled to start in the next few weeks on the Whare Ora whenua in Kaitaia. The project includes a total of 24 three bedroom houses which will make a significant contribution to addressing the housing issues in the Te Hiku o Te Ika. Houghton also shares that the Government is to introduce before Christmas, plans for whānau with Covid-19 symptoms to self-isolate at home as part of the New Zealand pandemic.
