Top 40 Under 40 - Most Influential Māori To Graduate

The University of Auckland recently release The 40 Under 40 - a celebration of alumni aged 40 and under who are making significant contributions in their chosen fields. One of those named was Māori business owner Tāmati Rākena who talks to us about his business and the recognition from The University of Auckland. Rākenā pays homage to his tūpuna, friends and whānau who were influential in his upbringing and have supported him to be the hard working person he is today.
