National Party Leadership: Where To From Here

Currently in opposition the National Party have faced some testing times in the recent weeks with Judith Collins ousted as leader by a vote of no confidence by the National Party caucus while trying to figure out who is fit to full the position of party leader. Dr Lara Greaves talks to us about the events that lead to the recent leadership issues within the National Party. Dr Greaves also spoke about Dr Shane Reti with his moment as temporary leader followed by the two candidates Simon Bridges and Christopher Luxon. Dr Greaves tells us that Bridges withdrew making this announcement via Twitter and then the caucus voted Christopher Luxon to be the next National Party leader.
