After fires burning for 6 weeks during the occupation at Maheatai, Taipa the many hapū of Ngāti Kahu welcomed both Minister of Treaty Settlements Andrew Little and Minister of Māori-Crown Relations Kelvin Davis on to the whenua anxious to hear some good news for Ngāti Kahu.
