Kaimaumau Fires: Nearly 30 days On

Incident controller Peter Clark joins us to give an update on the status of Kaimaumau and the plan moving forward. Peter says there are currently around 65 people on board today, a couple earth machines and four helicopters working to contain the fire. Peter mentions that they are also aware of a forecasted cyclone that won't directly impact Kaimaumau, but may still have an effect on the winds within the area. Lastly, Peter says that these types of fire could continue for months or even years, however he is confident that the plan in place will help contain the blaze.
