Daily Cases Decline Positive News for Māori Communities

Much has been said about the current status of Covid-19 in Aotearoa with a decline in daily cases giving some positive news, especially for the Māori communities. Dr Raiwiri Taonui gives us his latest update which would usually have Māori leading the daily cases. Dr Taonui was happy to announce there were only 2 new Māori cases showing that Māori have taken great action in getting vaccination rates up. Dr Taonui shares more on the history of the Spanish Flu and how it eventually became extinguished, he shares that the new Omicron variant poses a similar outcome if vaccination rates continued to increase, especially with the younger generations.
