Tamaki Makaurau has been the hardest hit city and region by the coronavirus Covid-19 since it first entered Aotearoa. Tūmamao Harawira our Tamaki correspondent gives us a brief update on the current circumstances saying that the Government message hasn't changed, neither has the advice of the local services which is to get vaccinated and bet tested when required. Despite the recent protest events in the capital on Government grounds outside of Parliament opposing the mandated vaccinations, Tūmamao says there have not been any such events like that in Tāmaki Makaurau. Tūmamao also confirms that it is business as usual in Tamaki following the recent Cyclone Dovi.
