Follow All Safety Measures

March 1, 2022, 1:20 p.m.

The rise in daily Covid-19 cases within the public keeps the pandemic as headline news. Tūmamao provides an update on Tāmaki Makaurau as the latest daily cases have nearly reached fifteen thousand and the number of active cases in the current outbreak throughout Aotearoa sits at just over eighty thousand. Tūmamao also reminds us that vaccinations minimise the chance of being hospitalized. However, even people who are double vaccinated or have received their booster can still contract the virus and also spread the virus, so continue to follow all safety measurements.
