Isolation Cubicles for Kaitaia Hospital

March 9, 2022, 2:40 p.m.

Neta Smith Operational Manager at Kaitaia Hospital and Service Manager gives us a briefing on the latest developments, new layout and procedures for the Kaitaia hospital and ensure the appropriate safety measures are in place to minimise the spread of Covid-19. Neta says no vaccine pass is required and was very clear that vaccinated or not the hospital remains open to everyone who requires medical attention. Neta also says due to the Covid restrictions, there has been a significant decrease in international support resulting in current staff working overtime just to service all of the operational needs.
