Ahipara Takiwā Environmental Restoration Projects

Lisa McNab talks about the Ahipara takiwā and some of the environmental restoration projects that have been in action since 2019. These projects include cleaning the coast up to places like Hukatere with rubbish coming out of the water and fencing off dunes. Lisa also talks about the condition of the local streams polluted by dangerous metals within the water and holding FNDC & NRC to their legal responsibilities
