Starting off as an initiative to increase the vaccination rate within the rohe of Te Hiku o Te Ika Sheridan Waitai says Hīkoi to 100 is now celebrating all the whānau and hapū who have done mahi aroha which has helped to get a level of freedom once again. The music festival will be held at the Awanui Sports Complex on 21 May with a massive lineup of acts like Tomorrow People, Che Fu, Ladi6. Sheridan reminds us that COVID hasn't gone anywhere so we still need to continue safe practices as we have been. Tickets are only $10 so get online and confirm a spot at Hīkoi to 100 music festival.
