"E Ihowa" by Rākai Hākeke

Rākai Hākeke Whauwhau (Waikato, Ngāti Porou, Ngāti Kahungunu) wrote the waiata "E Ihowa" in 2015 for his grandfather who passed away. Whauwhau says "this waiata is to thank Ihowa for all that we receive" giving thanks for his whānau.

Originally performed by their whānau kapa, Te Hāona Kaha, this waiata has been "completed" says whauwhau and he's excited to share it with the world.
