Establishing a new Kura Kaupapa Māori for Ngāti Kahu would be a dream, says Tui Tuia Facilitator and mentor Ngawaiata Evans. In total, there are three Kura Kaupapa Māori in Te Hiku. Evans believes that the outcomes will benefit whānau Māori living all over the region.
