Budget 2023: Climate Action Needed Now

The climate fund in this year's Budget 2023 announcement raises questions about its transparency and how the government plans to tackle climate change. Environmentalist Mike Smith says that more than 60% of carbon emissions in Aotearoa are caused by agriculture and transport. Smith is hopeful the climate fund will be spent wisely.
