Waitangi Piripi: A Waka Ama Champion By Birthright

National Waka Ama champion for J16 and J19 Waitangi Piripi says her success comes from years of training under the guidance of Chev Reti and the coaching staff of Ngā Hoe Horo Outrigger Canoe Club (Pawarenga). Waitangi Piripi said in a radio interview with Radio Te Hiku that to be the best, you have to train hard and welcome new challenges.
