Rangatahi Struggling as Many Turn to Ram Raids

The principals of E Tū Whānau are to protect the values of whānau. Recently there has been a spike in ram raids as rangatahi turn to vandalism for unknown reasons. Mikaira Pau (Te Rarawa) says that we need to understand why rangatahi are turning to vandalism and theft to unpack why these events are reoccurring.
