Tai Tokerau Māori Trust Board offers education grants to assist those currently studying. Successful applicants must now undertake full-time tertiary studies relating to trades training through university, wānanga, uni-tech, or a similar tertiary provider.
Te Aupōuri representative on the Tai Tokerau Māori Trust Board, John Paitai, says the low response rate for the education grants is alarming for those that whakapapa to Te Āupōuri, Te Rarawa, Ngāti Kahu and Ngāi Takoto. There is still time left for applicants to apply.
Download, complete and return the Education Grant Application Form here.
Applications close at 5 pm, Sunday, 20 April 2023.
