In what has been touted as one of the best club rugby finals in the Far North for a long time, the game between Te Rarawa and Awanui for the Bell Shield had it all; yellow cards, huge tackles and scintillating tries. The game went into overtime with Te Rarawa eventually coming out on top in the 100th year as a club.
