SPCA Reaches Out

The SPCA Drop In Centres are great for the animals, community, and even the SPCA themselves. The SPCA Drop In Centres are a chance for people in targeted areas of Whangarei to bring their animals to a close and convenient location for everything from having a check up to getting help feeding the animal properly. All of this, is at a low cost - the SPCA says they’re there for the animals welfare first and foremost.  Northland Area Manager, Francine Shields, talks about the centres and why the SPCA does it.
