Governor General of New Zealand, The Rt Hon Dame Cindy Kiro, sits down with our Waitangi Day broadcast host, Peter-Lucas Jones, to discuss the outcome of the formal proceedings at Te Whare Rūnanga o Waitangi's dawn ceremony.
The Rt Hon Dame Cindy Kiro took notice of the diversity displayed during the special ceremony, where cultures from all over the world played a big part in conducting the formal proceedings that took place just outside of Te Whare Rūnanga on Waitangi Day.
The Coronation of His Majesty The King and Her Majesty The Queen Consort will occur at Westminster Abbey on Saturday 6th, May 2023, where our Governer General, The Rt Hon Dame Cindy Kiro, will be in attendance.
